微孔技术介绍:SCFoam technology introduced

SCFoam成型工艺是一种全新的紧密塑料成型技术,突破了传统注塑的诸多局限,极大地改善了制件的翘曲变形和尺寸的稳定性,同时在不降低机械性能的前提下节约原材料,降低加工成本。

The new technology is to inject the monophase solution which is the mixture of supercritical medium and molten polymer into the mold cavity. It makes the final product a honeycomb structure by changing the pressure of the core portion. It can reduce the usage amount of raw materials without reducing the mechanical strength.There is no limitation on the wall thickness and mostly applied to non-apperance requirement product.

在注塑、挤出以及吹塑等塑料成型工艺中,将超临界态流体注入到塑化装置中,当超临界流体与熔融原料充分混合/扩散后,形成单相混合溶液。

将该混合溶液倒入模具型腔或口膜后,由于混合溶液外部的压力变化,从而使用内部出现大量气泡核的析出现象,在随后的冷却成型过程中,气泡核不断长大定型,从内部有效抑制了树脂材料在冷却过程中的自然收缩,从根本上改善了精密塑料制品成型中难于控制的收缩问题。

In the plastic molding process like injection molding,, extrusion and blow molding, the supercritical fluid is injected into the plasticizing equipment. When the supercritical fluid is well mixed/diffused with the molten raw material ,it forms a single phase mixed solution.

When importing the mixed sol into the mold cavity, the mixed melt produces great pressure drop. Therefore it forms a large number of bubble fusion internally. In the subsequent cooling forming process, the bubble fusion inside the melt continues to grow, and ultimately produces the supercritical microcellular plastic products.
